5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on the secret fresh platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which include local Philippine channels such as GCash, Maya, and direct bank transfer to accredited Philippine banks.
Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. secret fresh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and may require that the withdrawal method match the deposit method used. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings. Bonus funds and promotional credits are subject to separate wagering requirements outlined in the Promotion section. Bonus balances may not be withdrawn until applicable conditions are met.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

In the event of account closure due to breach of terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting support. Upon approved voluntary closure, remaining verified balances will be returned via the registered payment method, subject to applicable checks.
